2018 Spring Late Renewals

The new renewal site is open, use the links below to log in. Email notices will be sent to those who have a renewal available, if you do not receive a notice with your registration code by July 16, 2018 please call the board office.

  • License cards can NOT be printed from the web at this time. If you need a copy of your license/registration card please send an email to When you complete your renewal a license card will be sent to the email on file.
  • If you renewed in the previous system but did not pay you will need to complete the renewal in the new system.
  • If you renewed and paid but did not send in the required documentation in the old system you will need to complete the renewal, upload all required documentation and pay a late fee applicable.

**Important** Pharmacist's must be registered with the Idaho Prescription Monitoring Program, AWARxE prior to renewing their licenses.

2018 Practitioner Controlled Substance Renewal

Practitioner Controlled Substance renewal period is now closed. If you registration expired 12-31-2017 you must now reinstate. Please email the licensing team and request a reinstatement application.
