Our officers conduct inspections, as well as researching and processing compliance issues. The state is divided into three sections:
Northern Idaho (Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Clearwater, Idaho, Kootenai, Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, and Shoshone counties);
Southwestern Idaho (Ada, Adams, Boise, Canyon, Elmore, Gem, Owyhee, Payette, Valley, and Washington counties); and
Eastern Idaho (Bannock, Bear Lake, Bingham, Blaine, Bonneville, Butte, Camas, Caribou, Cassia, Clark, Custer, Franklin, Fremont, Gooding, Jefferson, Jerome, Lemhi, Lincoln, Madison, Minidoka, Oneida, Power, Teton, and Twin Falls counties).

Medication Error Report
If you believe an error has been made in the dispensing of a medication, the Board of Pharmacy has a process for investigating your claim. The Board will start the review process by collecting some background information. You will need to supply the following information:
- Date of error
- Patient’s name
- Name of person filing the complaint
- Address to mail a complaint form to
- Phone number of the person filing the complaint
- Pharmacy address that made the error
- Description of the error and additional comments you feel might help in the investigation.
